I love, love the 4th of July!! We started the day at the Kaysville parade. I really feel like it's getting out of control. Why should our kids have to fight adults for candy? EVerybody is crazy, it was kind of driving me crazy. But we had a good time. The cloud cover was heaven sent. It would have been miserable if it was as hot as it was at the blessing the day before.
Sam quickly ate all of the snacks Darrell brought for himself. Thanks for sharing Darrell. Sorry my son is a mooch.
Cute girls in their 4th outfits. We couldn't get a decent picture but whatever.
Sam didn't like the sirens.
Grandma and Sam.
Look at these boys in their matching shirts. Adorable!
I love this pictures. I took it right when a firework went off so you can see the excitement in their faces.
Ellie was asleep for this one. In fact my whole family went up to Davis to watch their fireworks. Sam and Ellie were both asleep for the entire firework show so I'm glad we didn't go up. I watched them from my parent's house and could still see them pretty good. Dan came out and joined me half way through. He didn't realize I was sitting out watching them by myself and I thought he was asleep. A little communication goes a long way. :-)
It was a great 4th of July and a great family vacation. It was so much fun having everybody in town. We said our good bye's Monday night and everybody left Tuesday morning. Crazy how fast the time flies. Love you all!

Crazy Kaysville parade goers, I'm so glad we survived. Other than that, went way too fast, loved it!
