Labor Day!

On Labor day we went up to Logan to go on a hike.  It was a beautiful day and we had a great time.

Papa insisted on carrying Sam the whole way up.  I didn't want to carry him so I was totally fine with that.  He did say 'out' over and over and over and over.  That's to be expected with keeping a 2 year old strapped in for longer then 10 min. He did great though.  The view was beautiful on the way up and once we got up there. 

We carried Sam down most of the way or let him walk. It wasn't a super hard hike but we couldn't let him down very much b/c most of the way down there were drop offs to the side of the trail and he is kind of clumsy, especially on dirt trails so we had to hold him most the way down.  But we did let him down the parts we could and he loved every second of it. 

After the hike we went to a park and ate lunch.  I wasn't going to go b/c I really don't like to hike that much but I decided to go and I'm glad I did.

I love it when Dan has an extra day off.  I'm sure I don' love it as much as he does but it's just so nice to have that extra time together. Hope everybody had a great Labor Day!
