Christmas Day!

Sam woke up and kind of forgot that Santa was supposed to come.  It took him a minute but then I heard him gasp very loudly and said "He came, he came, Santa came." or something along those lines.  See, that's what I get for waiting so long to blog about it.  Anyway, he was very excited and it was fun that he actually knew what was going on this year.  Ellie of course had no idea what was going on.
Dan and I have kind of started opening our present from each other when we get home on Christmas night.  It's fun b/c all day I keep remembering that I get to open my present from Dan when we get home.  It helps spread the day out a little more.  However when you only have one child opening presents it can tend to go pretty fast.  So we opened a couple stocking stuffers to spread it out a little more.

He got some awesome animal puzzles that he loves.  The kid loves, loves, loves animals and puzzles.  This is the only thing we got Ellie and she doesn't love it as much as I thought she would.  I kind of wish I had that $15 dollars back but oh well.
After opening presents we got ready and went to church up with Danny's family.  After church we went to the Simmons and had a delicious brunch.  We hung out for a while and then went to visit my parents.
I literally took a total of maybe 10 pictures on Christmas.  I was exhausted for some reason.  A lot of running around, crazy kids, I don't know what it was but I was definitely being picture lazy.

We got spoiled rotten by both sides of our families and had a great Christmas.
