27 weeks and feeling great!

It has been a while since I have talked about the pregnancy or posted any pictures of my growing belly.  It's probably because this pregnancy has been the most uneventful pregnancy ever.  I am very grateful for that. Time just flies by.  I can't believe that we have 88 days until she is due.  I have a doctors appointment and then before I know it 4 weeks has passed and I'm going to another doctor's appointment.  She moves ALL the time.  Seriously, some days I wonder if she sleeps.  I am still working out and feeling pretty good.  I am already missing running terribly.  I ran a couple miles today, actual ran most of the miles which hasn't happened all week.   However, I am a little paranoid that I'm going to do some sort of lifelong damage to my insides if I keep running so I'm debating if I want to keep running.  Anyway, when I'm at the gym on the boring elliptical (seriously how do people voluntarily do that?) and watching women just book it on the treadmill I do get jealous.  I can't wait to run my guts out.  I do like that pregnancy forces me to take some time off and gives my mind and body a break from running.  I think it recharges me.  In fact I am actually considering doing the St. George marathon next year.  I only have 3 more years until I am in the 10 year club so I am considering gutting it out and getting myself into the 10 year club and then retiring from the marathon club.  Who knows, time will tell.  I am definitely getting bigger by the day.  I haven't quite reached the weight that I was at when I started with Sam but I think I'm pretty close.  After the huge plate of DELICIOUS goodies from a neighbor I may have exceeded it.  Oh toffee, carmel, turtles, soft licorice candies, I love you!!
27 weeks!

I have nothing for this baby girl.  Well, we have the crib, car seat, you know all those things.  Which is good I guess.  I should rephrase that, I have no clothes for this baby girl.  That's not true, I have two outfits and a pair of shoes from Mom S.  I'm glad somebody is getting me ready for this baby to come.  It seems like January and February are so slow so maybe I can go shopping then. :-)  December is so busy and I love it.
Ellie and Quincy are the top names on our list right now.  If you don't like the names, I don't care.  Don't tell me that you knew an Ellie and she was terrible and ugly.  Or you know a Quincy and it's a man.  Don't care, we like the names.  Are you gathering some of the conversations I've had with people lately?  Yeah, I hate it when people ruin names.  I should just not tell what names we like but I always do if they ask.  We do have a couple other that we like as well so we'll have to see.  I really am a person that has to see the baby before I can name it.  I think that's about it.  Pretty boring eh?  I kind of forgot how depressing it is to get big.  Sigh, oh the things we do for children.   Hoping that the pregnancy continues to be uneventful and healthy.

You look great and I can't believe you are still running at all. Pregnancy was my excuse not to work out at all... I found other excuses when I wasn't pregnant though. I am proud of you. And I love the name Ellie. That was actually one of our top names if we had a girl but we didn't and who knows if we ever will. I like Quincy too though and I have a niece named Quin who is adorable. Both good picks if you were to ask me...although I know you said your weren't. Too bad you got my long opinion anyway!

You. are. ADORBALE! I only wish I looked like that when I was pregnant! The only running I did was too the bathroom or the fridge. :) I know both an Ellie AND a GIRL named Quincey and they are both gorgeous, amazing ladies. Love the names. Enjoy feeling that baby kick! (I really miss that :)

Oh Em, I adore you! You seriously give me the giggles! Just so you know, I LOVE both the names Ellie and Quincy and I am not just saying that because I'm trying to make you feel better... I really do like them, and I think you know how weirdo picky I am about names. You go with what you love. Speaking of marathon running, I am gearing up to start training for Ogden, and I am almost wishing I had pregnancy as an excuse not to do it. How lame am I?!! No, I think it's just a little anxiety over the whole thing... I'm sure I'll get over it... hopefully. You are looking fabulous, by the way, and I'm not just saying that to make you feel better either :)
