We had the Simmons annual Halloween party last Saturday and it was a blast. Mom S always does such a good job throwing a party. Doughnut eating contests, pinata (spelling?) good food, prizes for costumes, homemade root-beer, and the list goes on. The party was kind of short notice and we have been so busy that I didn't take much time to plan our costumes. I went to my parents house and raded their costumes buckets and this is the best I could come up with. At least Danny dressed it up with some great spandex shorts. Sammy is going to be a bear this Halloween and I think he looked adorable. I couldn't for the life of me get him to look at me for a good picture. There were too many people with different costumes and he wasn't sure what the heck was going on. He actually got kind of scared by all of the costumes. He was just so confused.
There were a couple of costumes that were me and Danny's favorites this year. They were all great so nobody get offended if we didn't choose you okay? :-)
We thought Libby's was quite funny. Any guesses?
Goth Brooks- ha ha ha
Mandy was a gypsy. She kept telling fortunes so I also liked to think of her as a fortune teller. Either which way, she was great! Oh and I can't leave out Nick Nolte, A.K.A Gary Simmons. Also a great costume. He had pictures of Nick Nolte all over the house, very funny. We also had a cat thief, ugly betty, baby elvis, an equestrian, a king and queen, flower, spider man and more. It was a great party, thanks Dad and Mom S!!
