Man have we been busy!

My sister Liz and her family came into town on July 4th. When family comes in to town I always want to spend as much time with them as possible b/c none of them live close so I don't get to see them very often. But at the beginning of August the Tennyson fam is moving to Japan for 3 years so I really wanted to spend a lot of time with them. The whole family was here for about a week and then Liz and Toby went home and the kids stayed for another week. I am going to try to recap the crazy couple of weeks but I'm sure I won't do it justice.
Monday, July 6th we went to the dinosaur park in the afternoon. It just so happened my sister in law Shell was going to cherry hill in the morning so I decided to join her. Well, just as I was walking out the door my mom called to tell me they were going to the dinosaur museum later that day so I ran back in the house and grabbed any sort of clothes so I could just change at my parents. So Sam and i went to the Hill and had a great time and then straight to my parents where we changed and headed back out to the dinosaur park. Please excuse my trashy outfit and appearance. Water and sun with no shower= nasty. But we all had a really good time.

Seriously, how cute does Sam look in that little hole. So hilarious, love it!

After the dinosaur park we went out to eat at the Olive Garden. I love that place. It was delicious and a nice end to a very busy day where I feel like I hardly ate anything. I am to embarrassed to admit how many bread sticks I ate. It is really hard for me on these long days when Sam doesn't nap b/c I know he is super tired but he did get a quick cat nap in on the way to dinner so I guess something is better then nothing.

So cute. These girls love my dad.

Tuesday, July 7th we went to Cherry Hill. Once again, Sam was with us for a while and then I took him back to my parents to take a nap and I went back and hung out with the Tennysons. Okay, I'll be honest I did take a moment and just laid out and caught some rays, ALL BY MYSELF. It felt really good I'm not going to lie. I really do think tanning is addicting. I digress.

That day Mandy and Trent had their baby so Sam and I came home from Cherry Hill, changed and we were back out the door to visit the new addition to the family. Great day!
Wednesday, July 8th I think I just stayed at home and actually got stuff done like the laundry, grocery shopping, etc. BORING. Just kidding, it was nice to have a day where we weren't running around. But I do think Sam got a little bored all by himself with no other kids to play with. The kid is a complete socialite (spelling?)
