9 month old stats.

Well, now that Ellie is 10 1/2 months I guess I better get her 9 month stats in here.  She is a big girl, no surprise there right?  Her stats are:

Height: 26 1/4-- 10%  ( I think she measured wrong but whatev)
Weight: 21 lbs 3 oz. -- 85%  Nice Ells, nice!
Head:  44 cm -- 50%

She didn't have to get any shots and I was so thrilled about that.  I am already dreading her shots at 12 months.  The girl is soooo dramatic.
She has started to fight back against Sam and I love it.  He is a great big brother but he isn't very soft with her and it drives me nuts.
The girls will eat pretty much everything I put in front of her.  She isn't half as picky as Sam was/is.
She went through a hard phase there for a while but seems to be doing better.  I don't know if it was getting teeth, gas, constipation but she was crying a lot.
Her naps this last month were terrible and she used to be such a good sleeper.  However this week she has been napping and sleeping great so hopefully she is done with whatever was going on with her.
She has a serious attitude and freaks if she doesn't get her way.  This one is going to give us a fun ride, I can already tell.
Despite being man handled by Sam she loves him.  They play in her crib really well after her naps and I love it b/c it buys me a good 15 minutes of getting stuff done.
Standing up on everything.
Obsessed with taking baths and toilets.
Loves the iphone but messes it up so she doesn't get to play with it anymore.
Loves playing with the computer which drives me nuts.
She actually plays really good by herself.
She currently has six teeth and I think two more might be coming in.
She points and waves and says mama and dada.
She loves daddy and gets so excited when he walks in the door.  (Let's me honest on this one, we ALL love when he walks in the door, especially me.  I hate winter, anybody with me?)
She wants anything Sam wants and it makes for some good screaming/crying from both children.
Her hair is really starting to come in and she has little curly wings behind her ears.  Still not sure if she is going to have super curly hair like me or not.

And to wrap up this post I thought I would leave you with some pictures of one of the biggest blow outs to date.  It was everywhere.  I got her out of her car seat at Deseret Book so we could go get a christmas gift and she was sooo stinky.  I was just going to change her diaper and then go in the store until I saw that that was not a possibility.  It was so bad.  So back in the car and home we went to get in the tub.  I'm pretty sure I cut the onesie off and took the loss.  Sam was not happy about not getting to go into the store but I had no other choice.  Enjoy the pictures. :)

She is a good 2 lbs heavier than my 19 month old midgie twins! I think I might come take her home to live with me. She is beautiful. Even with the poopy body!

Em I love reading your blog! Wow - the blow out. Sorry about that. But my 3 YR OLD left her ...how to put it delicately..."stuff" on the hall floor last week. Luckily she's old enough to clean it up herself :) ....motherhood.
