The decorations are so stinking cute. She is so talented at stuff like that.
She made this wreath and I absolutely loved it!
And here's the witches crew. I didn't get very good pictures of all of their outfits but they really were great. I'm always impressed. My hat's pretty cool though, don't you think? It's weird, I know. It was a great night though. Lot's of talking, eating and laughing.
We went over to the Simmons' house on Saturday for a little Halloween party. Can you guess what Dan and I were? Um, yeah, spies. We had a great time and enjoyed some delicious food. We made yummy, yummy caramel apples and got prizes for costumes. It was rainy so we didn't get to roast hot dogs or s'mores but we still had a great time seeing everybody in their costumes.
These guys were my favorite. Stockton and Malone, hilarious! And then everybody below and their cute costumes.
Donny and Marie, loved it!
And this is the only decent picture I got of Sam in his elephant costume. My mom made it for previous grandkids so it was nice not to have to buy anything. He looked so cute and loved trick or treating. I took him out in our neighborhood and it rained on us the first 20-30 minutes. I thought he would want to go home but he just kept saying "more houses, more houses." If he wasn't demanding I hold him I coul have kept going as well but my arm was going to fall off from carrying him around the neighborhood. He doesn't weight 10 pounds anymore. He loved it and has since completely forgotten about his bucket full of candy. Unless I ask him if he wants a treat from it. Just as I had planned. :-) Although he did get a ton of chocolate candy, barf! All right, it's not that bad but I was hoping for more jolly ranchers, chewy/gummy deliciousness. I'm gross, I know. Now onto more of my favorite holidays. I love Thanksgiving and I love Christmas. Despite the cold weather that I'm sure will soon be upon us I do love this time of year. Hope everyone had a great Halloween!
