Sam and I were just getting in the car the other day to run some errands and I saw these guys hanging out in our back yard. Well, they were right over the fence but they were close. At first I only saw a couple of them but then I saw a couple more. It was a cute little family of 4. It appeared to be a dad, mom and twin toddler aged deer. I thought it was pretty cool so we sat and watched them for a while. They stayed there all day and then they took of into our neighbors back yard. They have come back a couple of times and just hung out all day back there. We have deer tracks all over in our snow. Sam likes to watch them as well. Unfortunately he also wants to get down and run after them. I'm sure I won't think our deer friends are as cool when they are eating my tulips in the spring but for now I will just enjoy them.
Sam is sleeping much, much better. I guess he was just having a little rough patch there. Of course by typing that he is sleeping good I feel it is probably jinxing (spelling?) me but whatever.

that is hilarious. I guess instead of going to Yellowstone we can just come to your house next time :)
oh, and i'm glad Sam is sleeping better - he must have sent his crappy sleeping vibe over to Fox..
So funny--if you get a moose next I'm moving into that huge downstairs of yours!! Ah, bad sleeping, story of my life, if it's any encouragement,Tyler and Josh hardly ever give us trouble now, you'll be set in another 7 or 8 years ;-)
