Okay so I knew that kids got into a lot of things but I didn't realize how bad it was until now that I am going through it. I also didn't expect it until he was older. I don't know why, I just thought it didn't start until the kids were older. Anywho Sam is into EVERYTHING, all the time. He loves to put everything in his mouth which isn't really unique but do most kids like to crawl around with things in their mouths? Sam spends most of the day with something hanging out of his mouth.
Oh and before you judge me for having a dirty child and you think you are seeing chocolate on his face, it's permanent lipstick. Not permanent but the kind that is suppose to last like 20 hours. I use to be able to give Sam my make-up to play with b/c he couldn't open it but he is super smart and has figured out how to open pretty close to everything. So I had given him some make-up in the car to play with and I looked back to check on him and he was sucking on the applicator. I am scared for what the future holds. He already throws really awesome tantrums when I take things away from him that he wants. And he is so super helpful around the house.
Yeah, I should probably baby proof the apartment but hopefully we will be moving into a house soon so I don't want to waste the time and money doing it. I'll just try to keep my eye on the little guy before he gets the steak knifes out of the dishwasher and harms himself. He goes for the steak knifes every time without fail. Yep, I'm scared!
Oh and I would appreciate not being judged about his white trash looking sleeveless outfits. It's hot here and the kid gets super hot super fast. I'm just trying to keep him cool okay? :-)Oh and I took the battery out of his mouth right after I took the picture. Batteries are bad for babies to suck on, I realize that. Please don't call Child Protective Services.

He is rocking the sleeveless outfits, Mark has a shirt he wears to the beach that reminds me of that--totally s-w-e-e-t. I can't believe you would think anyone would mock you about that but not the picture of Sam with a BATTERY in his mouth--hahaha, totally classic, those are the moments I just hope no one from Child Protective services happens to be driving by.
You are so funny. You have quite a busy body on your hands! I can attest that not every baby crawls around with stuff in their mouth! But my girls do put everything in their mouths, even Kenzi! You are doing a great job!
I haven't had one that crawled around with stuff in their mouth yet, but I have had the dirty white trash clad kid, does that count? the battery one is just so funny because he looks so innocent and mellow, almost like you photoshopped it in there :)
