Sam is sleeping like a total champ today so I am getting some great blogging updated here. Okay so a couple weeks ago my mom got recognized for being the most amazing women ever. Not really but I can't remember the name of the award she received, sorry Mom. The award was for all of the hard work and years of service that she had given to the children in Utah and the Utah PTA. My sister Liz and I were able to go see her get this award. Notice the standing ovation. It was awesome to go and hear them name of all of the things my mom had done for the children in Utah. I'm sure they couldn't name them all off but they named a bunch and it was awesome. I was so proud of her that it brought me to tears. She cried and so did my sister. We are bunch of babies, but I digress. I knew she worked hard in all of her PTA stuff but it was neat to be able to hear it all. My mom is such a great example of service and has been my entire life. I only hope that I can be half as willing to serve as much as she has and continues to. You are amazing Mom, Love you!!

That is awesome! of course, she didn't even mention it, i'll have to ask her about it, i'm glad you guys could be there to support her.
I am glad you posted on this. I have one saved but was waiting for a picture of it. She is amazing isn't she?
We are a lucky family--if only we can maintain a small percentage of that for our kids, we'll be doing good. She didn't mention it to me either, thank for sharing the news!!
