Sam had his first play date the other day. There was a group of us from the singles ward Dan and I use to attend that all got married around the same time. Some of us just had babies around the same time. Sam and I went to Chris and Natalie Morgan's house for a play date. Okay, so they are too young to play together but I had a great time. Natalie, Rachael and I pretty much just talked while we tried to eat and keep our kids from crying. It was fun to be able to talk to ladies that have kids right around the same age as Sam. Little Drake was having a hard time with the pictures before he got his binky so Sam felt that stroking that great set of hair would make him feel better. Josh (on the left) was just as calm as could be. They are all so cute. I just loved meeting Josh and Drake. We look forward to many play dates in the future. Especially when the kids can actually play together.

ah, the playdates, trust me, even when they get older it is still mostly about the moms getting together (until they are old enough for just drop off playdates in which case they can play with whoever they want - within reason, of course)..
You are so good a posting...I feel like I am way behind and have so many things I have wanted to post, so maybe I will get to our play date soon on my blog. I hope the schedule thing is still going well!
